Welcome to HammarGift.com (An Initiative by ICARD XPRESS). By accessing our website and placing orders with us via website or WhatsApp, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.
- Business Overview & Services
HammarGift.com provides customized gifting items, photo frames, toys, corporate ID cards, digital lanyards, trophies, badges, and printing services.
- Local Gift Delivery: Primarily focused on Supaul District (Bihar).
- ID Card & Bulk Printing Delivery: Serviced across ALL OVER BIHAR via telephonic/WhatsApp consultation.
- Customization & WhatsApp Approval
- Verification: For customized gifts and photo frames, our team shares a clear Photo/Video of the finished product on WhatsApp before dispatch.
- Final Approval: Once you approve the product photo/video on WhatsApp, the order moves to final packing and delivery. No further design changes or cancellations are allowed after your approval.
- Payment & Pricing Terms
- All prices listed on the site are in INR (Indian Rupees).
- Advance Payment: Due to the personalized nature of our products, orders require 100% advance payment or payment as per agreed terms before dispatch.
- Order Cancellation & Modification
- Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order or before production/designing begins. Once custom printing starts, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.
- Transit Damage & Replacement
- In case of physical damage during transit, customers must inform us within 24 hours of delivery with an unboxing video/photo. We will provide a free replacement or resolve the issue as per our Return Policy.
- Intellectual Property & Customer Files
- Photos, logos, and design files uploaded or shared by customers for printing remain the property of the customer.
- HammarGift will only use these files for manufacturing the ordered products and will not reuse or share them with third parties.
